Wine:

Crafted from 9 different lieux-dits across 1.7 hectares, the 2022 White Chassagne-Montrachet reveals a dense, persistent palate that charms with finesse. This generous white is elegantly buttery, with vibrant notes of citrus and ripe fruit, underpinned by intense energy and invigorating bitterness. Its broad texture and indulgent character make it approachable even in its youth.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Aged for 12 months in 350-litre barrels, 15-20% of which are new, then 4-6 months in vats before bottling.
Vines covering 1.71 hectares in 9 different localities: En Journoblot, Voillenots, Poirier du Clos, Les Beuttes, Puits Merdreaux, La Canotte, La Platière, Les Benoites, Le Chêne, planted in 1955, 1985, 1992, 2002, 2005, 2014, 2015, 2016, organically grown (no certification).
