The 2021 red Beaune 1er Cru Les Chouacheux is a substantial and serious wine, with notes of cherry pit and dark fruits. Ripe and sap-filled, it provides a rich, velvety texture that should mellow out fairly quickly. A full-bodied and fleshy wine, endowed with great freshness, it is advisable to cellar it for another one to two years before enjoying. Rated 93/100 by RVF.Vinification:
