Wine:

The 2021 White Meursault immediately immerses one in its magnificent terroir, showcasing the buttery and floral notes of ripe chardonnay, supported by well-integrated and assertive oak. The structure remains solid, with a subtle acidic undertone and a pleasant bitter finish. It's a wonderful interpretation of this grand terroir, best kept for 6-7 years or even longer. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, fermented and aged in oak barrels, with a small proportion of new barrels.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Aperitif, sole meunière, scallops or cod fillet snacked with lemon sauce.
