Wine:
From a 1.70 hectare walled vineyard, an absolutely magical place, the 2020 white Rully 1er Cru Le Meix Cadot displays a classy, crystalline and fresh nose, expressing the purity of the clay-limestone. There is tension and energy in a concentrated frame of matured fruit, with a radiant freshness and woody background. If it seems tight at this stage of evolution, it will unfold with a few years in bottle. Ten years of aging will make it sublime. Rated 94/100 RVF.Vinification:
