From 70 ares of vines planted in 1945, the 2022 Rully Premier Cru Grésigny Vieilles Vignes White delivers a wine of remarkable depth and energy. This vintage stands out for its incisive character, driven by vibrant citrus aromas and intense saline-limestone tension.

Vinification:

Hand harvested from a vineyard planted in 1945 covering just 70 ares. Direct pressing without crushing, static settling for 48 hours, aged for 12 months in barrels, 20% of which are new, made exclusively by the Chassin cooperage, then 6 months in stainless steel vats, bottled according to the lunar calendar.

Intense, bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Floral notes mixed with lemony and mineral touches.

Palate:

Rich, elegant, and precise, this cuvée reveals bright aromas of citrus and white flowers. It is driven by an impressive saline-limestone tension, with fine bitterness on the finish and a subtle hint of oak adding depth and complexity.

Serve between 10 and 12°C in a large glass.
