The 2021 Red Vine Givry 1er Cru comes from a 2.45 ha parcel of limestone and fine marl, which delivers a delicate fresh wine of great elegance and delicacy. In this cool vintage, it expresses itself in a graceful and tense style, always endowed with a great sap and good persistence. A rare wine at this price level, among the jewels of the Côte d'Or.Vinification:
Hand harvested, total destemming, pre-fermentation maceration at 12°C for 6 days, total maceration of 3 weeks, pressing and maturing in barrels, 70% new, for 12 months.Color:
