Wine:The 2015 red Beaune 1er Cru Theurons displays tasty floral notes, between peony and rose, with a touch of raspberry. On the palate, the fine tannins and the elegant and fresh structure do not betray the generosity of the vintage. It should be paired with delicate cuisine, such as guinea fowl with herbs and a light juice. To be enjoyed quietly until 2025.
Vinification:Hand harvested, 100% de-stemmed, vinification in open vats, aged for about 18 months in oak barrels.
Color:Bright vermilion red.
Nose:Bouquet of rose and peony mixed with raspberry aromas.
Palate:Fresh and silky with fine and delicate flavors of fruit, this wine with an elegant profile develops a generous palate with smooth tannins.
Temperature:Serve between 16 and 18°C.
Food and wine pairing:Roast poultry, filet of duckling with spices, roast lamb with small vegetables.
Cellar aging:From now until 2028, and even more for enthusiasts
