Wine:
The 2015 red Beaune 1er Cru Theurons displays tasty floral notes, between peony and rose, with a touch of raspberry. On the palate, the fine tannins and the elegant and fresh structure do not betray the generosity of the vintage. It should be paired with delicate cuisine, such as guinea fowl with herbs and a light juice. To be enjoyed quietly until 2025.Vinification:

Fresh and silky with fine and delicate flavors of fruit, this wine with an elegant profile develops a generous palate with smooth tannins.
