Wine:

From 80-year-old vines and vinified entirely with whole bunches, the 2022 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Sentiers is a vibrant, mouthfilling wine with velvety, richly layered fruit flavors. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vines with an average age of 80 years, located just below the ‘Bonnes Mares’, clay-limestone soil. 100% whole grapes.
Aged on lees in barrels, 25% of which are new. No fining or filtration.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C in a large glass.

Game birds, roast pigeon with chanterelles, beef bourguignon, jugged venison with sauce grand veneur, rack of lamb in a herb crust.
