Bright and vibrant, the 2022 White Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre delivers a classic Chablis profile—subtly saline, floral, and laced with a touch of mint. The palate reveals impressive density and a long, refreshing texture, lifted by delicate bitterness and a refined mineral edge. Beautifully balanced and full of energy, this wine promises excellent aging potential over the next 6 to 10 years. Vinification:

hand harvested. Slow pressing at moderate pressure. Alcoholic fermentation and ageing for 10 months on fine lees in oak barrels of 4 to 5 wines, followed by 2 months in stainless steel vats.
