From 50-year-old vines in the Serein Valley, the 2020 Organic Chablis Vieilles Vignes white is a pure, unvarnished snapshot of its terroir. Picked early and raised without a hint of oak, it delivers honest, clean fruit with a ripe yet razor-sharp profile and lovely mineral lift. It’s fresh, focused, and ready to shine alongside shellfish, fish terrines, or even a good cheese board. A Selection Committee favourite, rated 94/100.Vinification:

Over thirty years ago, Emmanuel and Éric Dampt set up shop in Chablis, determined to craft wines with a true sense of place, rooted in the three valleys of the Yonne, Serein, and Armançon.
Precision and purity are their trademarks. Each wine reflects a slice of the land, heritage, and history that shaped them — offering a no-nonsense, crystal-clear expression of Chablis with every vintage.
Keen to protect their environment, the brothers began converting their vineyards to organic farming, taking their wines up yet another notch in the process.
Consistently reliable and impressively precise, this estate has been a trusted partner of ours for years.
