Wine:

The 2022 White Montagny 1er Cru Sélection Vieilles Vignes  is a marvel of both finesse and delightfulness. Its fresh nose heralds a finely mineral Chardonnay, complemented by a very subtle and appealing woodiness. The taut, flavorful structure, brimming with freshness, presents a perfect balance that pairs wonderfully with seafood. A classic that will age gracefully.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, vinified and aged in oak barrels, 15% of which are new.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Very typical Chardonnay, with fine minerality and a fine, well-adapted oakiness.

Palate:

Sappy and taut with fresh fruity flavors, this well-balanced cuvée offers a delicious and efficient juice!

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
