Fresh and delicate, the 2023 Chablis White opens with elegant chalky aromas, supported by a restrained aging process that preserves the purity of its citrus and white peach notes. With just the right level of ripeness, it’s lively, mineral-driven, and perfectly balanced. This Chardonnay offers immediate, unpretentious enjoyment—a beautifully made village-level Chablis to enjoy now or over the next three years and beyond.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vines aged 40 years on average. Aged on lees for 12 months in stainless steel vats.
