Wine:

With its particular style, far from the Provencal archetypes, the 2021 Corsican Figari Rosé wine has a strong identity. It is a rosé of substance, broad and tonic, with richness, texture, and aromas of fresh citrus and juicy white fruits. One will appreciate its full-bodied dimension and great finesse. On the list of the greatest rosés of Corsica! It will be perfect paired with baked fish or pan-fried prawns.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged in stainless steel tanks during the winter season.
Production 40 000 bottles.

Color:

Light pink, slightly salmon colored.

Nose:

Fresh and very pure with fine notes of small strawberries.

Palate:

The palate is very pleasant, it is a tense, precise, elegant rosé with a very digestible finish. It will be perfect as an aperitif !

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, shrimp skewers with hot sauce, eggplant lasagna, brocciu fritters, grilled red mullet filet and black olive tapenade.
