From granite parcels and made entirely from vermentinu, the 2023 White Amphora Vin de France is vinified in clay amphora without added sulfur and without skin contact, preserving the grape’s natural expression. The nose opens with juicy pear alongside subtle autolytic notes from the lees. The palate is smooth, fleshy and precise, with a purity that feels both striking and reassuring. A perfect match for Mediterranean grilled fish. Best enjoyed within three to five years. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand-harvested from granite plots, vinified in clay amphora for 1 month and aged for one month in amphora. No added sulphur, fining or filtration.Certified organic and biodynamic wine. (not mentioned on the back of the label)
