Elaboration:100% unpeated French triple malt, a blend of France's three finest single malt whiskies, matured in Sauternes casks. Primary maturation of 3 to 8 years in French oak barrels at each of the 3 selected distilleries, secondary maturation at the Bellevoye winery in Charente for 6 months in Sauternes casks.
Color:Old gold color with topaz highlights.
Nose:Broad aromatic palette, notes of dried fruit: currant-apricot-date mingled with fine touches of spice: vanilla-cinnamon-ginger and honey, a hint of orange peel and marmalade.
Palate:Powerful and delicious, with extraordinary smoothness and complexity, and a lovely, coated finish with lingering almond and hazelnut flavors.
Temperature:Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Glencairn whisky glass.
Food and wine pairing:As an aperitif, digestif, on its own, or for water lovers who like to complement their Whisky tasting, we suggest a still, neutral, fresh spring water.
