The Irish Single Malt Whisky Waterford The Cuvée is a permanent edition, the flagship of the distillery, a blend of barley grown on 25 farms. A single malt of great complexity, The Cuvée reflects the identity of each of its terroirs. Complex and delicate, its profile is marked by the typical Waterford malt character, combining fruity (red apple, orange, ripe banana, citrus) and floral (lavender) aromas of great finesse, gourmet notes of dark chocolate and delicate spices as well as a vegetal (dried grass, anise) and mineral touch.

Non-peated. Made from barley from 25 farms.

Amber.

Nose:

Complex and delicate with aromas of red apple, lavender and orange complemented by scents of ripe banana, coffee cookie and fresh mint as well as herbal, farm and mineral notes.

Palate:

Deep and delicate marked by spicy flavors (nutmeg, white pepper), citrus (grapefruit, lemon peel), greedy notes of dark chocolate, toasted toast and a vegetal touch (dried grass, anise, black olive) with a long finish on sweet spices.

Food and wine pairing:

To be enjoyed dry, on ice or with a dash of fresh spring water.
