Elaboration:Hand-picked. These almonds - only from an Apulian variety called filippo cea - are roasted for a long time, macerated and then distilled, then combined with a touch of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and coffee and a pinch of salt.
Color:Amber, luminous and brilliant.
Nose:Aromas of cocoa and roasting mixed with hints of almond.
