Wine:

The 2021 Sicilia Nero d'Avola is a delicate red wine, with a fine and fresh nose with aromas of stone fruits and a smoky touch. Very elegant, with smooth tannins, this wine has the advantage of being low in alcohol. A very nice wine to be enjoyed quietly over the next five years with cured meats or grilled meats.

Vinification:

Hand harvested at phenolic maturity, alcoholic fermentation of 12 to 15 days in stainless steel tanks thermoregulated at 24-30°C, aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit, fined, filtered.

Color:

Bright red with garnet reflections.

Nose:

Fresh and fine through stone fruit flavors and a touch of smoke.

Palate:

Fine and elegant, this wine with fine tannins reveals a beautiful palate.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
