From the village of Castiglione Falletto, the 2020 Red Dolcetto d'Alba Vigna Bricco Mirasole is a beautiful bottle. It is a joyful wine, simply made but set with all the mastery and pure talent of the Mascarello family. Aged in stainless steel and cement vats without any addition of wood, it offers pure flavors of fruit and a lot of integrity and balance. A delightful first step into the Mascarello universe.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional fermentation in thermo-regulated vats. Bottled for one year depending on the vintage.

Color:

Ruby red with purple reflections.

Nose:

Intense on beautiful aromas of red fruits accentuated by a vegetable touch.

Palate:

Complex and fruity, this wine delivers a fine palate with supple and silky tannins

Temperature:

Serve at 16 to 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Effiloché of duck and roasted pumpkin, beef rib and saffron carrot purée, rack of lamb and stuffed mushrooms.
