Wine:

The 2019 red Pian delle Vigne Brunello di Montalcino is a wine of remarkable complexity and intensity. It opens with notes of cherry and blood orange, followed by aromas of violet, subtle balsamic hints, and a touch of vanilla. Its elegant, fresh, and flavorful structure is supported by silky tannins, creating a beautifully balanced whole. The finish is long and refined, with lingering citrus tones and delicate spice. A truly great wine—equally at home alongside truffle tagliatelle or seared foie gras, whether enjoyed now or twenty years from now.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Maceration on skins for approximately 12 days. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels.

Bright ruby red.

A complex bouquet opens up on the nose, blending the freshness of cherry, morello cherry and blood orange with notes of violet, enhanced by delicate balsamic and vanilla touches.

Palate:

On the palate, it seduces with its freshness and deliciousness, carried by silky, elegant tannins, with a long, persistent finish with fruity citrus accents.

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
