Solaia is the crown jewel of the Antinori family, a true showpiece of the global wine world. This 10-hectare vineyard, perched at 400 meters on an ideally exposed slope, rests on a unique limestone base.
The first vintage, released in 1978, helped pave the way for the “Super Tuscans,” alongside Sassicaia and Ornellaia — wines freed from the constraints of their appellation, inspired by Bordeaux blends, and able to rival their French counterparts in aroma, texture and depth. With Solaia, every vintage is a statement, bold yet precise.
