In a more restrained style, born from a rich vintage, the 2018 red Ajaccio Granit presents a firm and tight juice, both substantial and spicy. The old vines and extended aging contribute to its complexity, with a pronounced personality in this opulent vintage. It's a wine best reserved for a juicy meat dish in two or three years or decanted before serving. Rated 92/100 by RVF, it's a testament to the depth and character that Corsican wines can achieve.Vinification:
