Wine:
From the highest, most rugged part of the estate, where the soils are harsh and stony, the 2015 Red Les Cistes wine (Vin de France) showcases Syrah in a way rarely seen this far south. It opens with deep, savory aromas of tapenade, smoke, and bacon, wrapped in a remarkably silky texture that has been softened beautifully with age. On the palate, it remains dense and full-bodied, with notes of anise, spice, and tobacco. A true heir to the legacy of great Les Cistes wines—built to age gracefully, yet already offering a strikingly unique experience.Vinification:
