Wine:
Formerly known as “Syrah Léone,” the 2015 Red Belle Léone wine (Vin de France) comes from the vineyard’s most friable, crumbling rock soils. Still holding some of its youthful reserve, it opens with notes of charcoal and leather. This is a wine that deserves patience—the structure needs time to soften—but the hallmarks of the wine are already present: silky tannins, restrained power, and a deeply sensual, vinous character. Everything is in place for a remarkable evolution.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Traditional vinification. Aged in vats.Color:
Bright dark red.Nose:
Delicate aromas of ripe fruit and a hint of liquorice.Palate:

Serve at 14 to 16°C.Food and wine pairing:

From now until 2030
