The subtle 2022 Cabardès Diane Rosé offers lovely notes of red fruit, freshness, and volume, with a subtle, elegant finish. Built around Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), with Grenache and Syrah, this delicate, invigorating rosé will pair well with grilled fish or lightly fried fish.Vinification:
Harvest sorted and crushed. Fermented at 18°C in stainless-steel vats, no malolactic fermentation, aged for 2 months on fine lees in stainless-steel vats.Color:

Fresh and straightforward, a duo of citrus and wild strawberry.Palate:
Crisp and invigorating, refreshing, with delicate bitters. It's a multi-purpose rosé, ideal as an aperitif or with grilled fish.
