Very delicate, with notes of red fruits and grenadine, the 2021 IGP Pays d'Oc Rosé de Pic Rosé is dynamic and fresh, with delicacy and crispness. A nice summer rosé to be discovered without delay paired with pasta with pistou, tuna flan, or stuffed eggplant.Vinification:
Hand harvested, de-stemmed, crushed, direct pressing, natural decanting, low temperature fermentation at 18°C and maturing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with stirring until February 2022.Color:
