Vinification:

Hand harvested, direct pressing, aged in vats.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Light salmon pink with copper highlights.

Nose:

Fresh and fine with exotic and wild strawberry notes.

Palate:

Tonic and acidulous, it is a thirst-quenching, light, crunchy and appetizing rosé that can be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as with a meal.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
