Wine:

The 2022 Red Les Petits Pas Languedoc is a concentrate of finesse. Grenache, Carignan and Syrah grapes come together to deliver a fresh, ripe and fruity palate. It is an accessible and convivial wine, with an aging potential of 3 to 5 years. Rated 92+/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, 60% de-stemmed, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wooden vats, matured in wooden truncated cone vats and concrete tanks.

Organic wine, certified.

Color:

Bright ruby red.

Nose:

Fresh with red fruit flavors.

Palate:

Concentrated and with a beautiful finesse, this wine is mature, tasty and crisp.

Temperature:

Decant before serving between 16 and 18°C.
