The 2022 Red Terrasses du Larzac Les Clapas is a dry and mineral wine that reflects the harsh climate of this part of the world, surrounded by low walls of dry earth called "clapas". The dominant Syrah grape, vinified in whole grapes, brings finesse and a smooth delicate and fresh style.
