Wine:

Composed of 60% Syrah from the coolest sites of the appellation, the 2022 Red Terrasses du Larzac Sentier Botanique is simply sublime. Black pepper, violet, dried herbs, garrigue, and tapenade give it a distinctly northern Rhône-like profile, both refined and intensely appealing. Its aromatic precision and balance are exceptional—every detail in place, nothing overdone. The concentration is remarkable, supported by a perfectly balanced tannic structure that remains fresh and effortless. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional vinification. Aged for 10 months, 50% in vats and 50% in barrels.

Bright ruby red.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of red fruit, balsamic and spices with a touch of dried maquis herbs.

Palate:

A dense, generous structure with remarkable freshness, supported by abundant yet perfectly integrated tannins. A wine that is immediately enjoyable.

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
