A true icon of the Languedoc and awarded the highest distinction—three stars—in Revue du Vin de France, Mas Jullien is inseparable from the pioneering vision of Olivier Jullien, a trailblazer who helped redefine what great southern wines could be. His influence sparked a regional renaissance, putting the Languedoc on the global wine map and inspiring a new generation of world-class cuvées.

Since 1985, Olivier Jullien has been crafting wines with soul—organically farmed, deeply expressive, and unmistakably Mediterranean. They reflect their terroir with clarity and integrity, shaped by thoughtful, respectful, and passionate viticulture. Never showy, always precise and refined, these wines speak the language of the land and age beautifully—often reaching their peak after a decade in the cellar.
