The palate is rich and pure, with the beautiful graphite notes of the Cabernet shining through, without any of the stigma of a southern wine. A juicy wine, full of sunshine, to be enjoyed in the summertime, with salted meats or grilled white meats. Rated 91/100 by our Committee.

Hand harvested, short cold vinification of 6 days, daily punching of the cap.

Dark ruby with purple reflections.

A beautiful freshness of style on spicy flavors (pimentos del pequillo, merken).

Delicious and fresh, this wine confirms the aromatic purity of the Cabernet

The Languedoc region in France is an abounding Eldorado with a mosaic of terroirs and climates. Adored by wine lovers from all over the world, its diversity makes it truly unique. Located between the Mediterranean sea and the Massif Central mountains, on coastal plains or hillsides, the vineyards offer an impressive variety of wines from the Gard to the Pyrénées-Orientales.

The emergence of great wines at the beginning of the 90's, and the proven aging potential of the wines, started to build up the region's reputation, which is still high today. In addition to creating generous wines from a large panel of grape varieties, the region has remained extremely affordable.
