Wine:
Intense and generous, 2018 Origine spreads out in a wide bouquet of enticing scents, between the black fruits of great maturity, violet and a slightly smoky touch.A very harmonious, concentrated and juicy wine that continues this register in a velvety palate of intense depth, of true Languedoc identity. The fresh tannins and the sapidity perfect this very beautiful bottle... What a success!
Vinification:
Hand harvested and mechanical, Biodynamic farming approach, traditional vinification in wooden vats of 20hl, aged 15 months in wooden tuns of 30 hl.Organic wine, certified.

Deep, very dark, of a black purple red, brilliant.Nose:
Aromas of ripe blackcurrant and violet.Palate:
Fresh and ripe, this wine is juicy, concentrated and very velvety, revealing a serious and very tasty palate.
