A new muse of the Loire Valley, hailed by the RVF, the Domaine du Bouchot is the estate to watch. At VALAP, we did not wait for the media recognition to discover it and offer you its pure, slender and accessible wines!
Antoine Gouffier's total commitment has indeed seduced us for some time now so naturally we couldn’t wait to establish a relationship of trust with this young and distinguished winemaker. On this prized terroir of the Loire Valley, the estate produces great white wines that will delight wine lovers everywhere.
Biodynamic agriculture (certified since 2020), harvesting at full maturity, indigenous yeasts, minimal sulfur, maturation without the use of wood: this estate distinguishes itself with its perfect wines which are light years away from the caricatures of light and insipid Sauvignons...They regularly rank among the favorite wines of our Selection Committee
