From a northeast-facing marl terroir planted in 1966, Les Blanchais is the estate’s first single-vineyard selection—an initiative dating back to the 1980s. The 2023 Menetou-Salon Les Blanchais White is a powerful, persistent Sauvignon Blanc built for aging. It offers a fresh, flavourful texture with vibrant citrus and subtle herbal notes. A precise expression of the grape that promises even greater complexity with time.Vinification:
Hand harvested, fermented in wooden vats, barrels and stainless steel vats, aged on lees in casks, mainly in barrels and in stainless steel vats.Certified organic wine.
