A model winemaker, Philippe Alliet is celebrated for his flawless consistency in crafting long-macerated reds of intensity and finesse, dazzling with fruit and perfect ripeness. These sought-after wines have become true Chinon benchmarks, thanks in no small part to the fine slopes of Cravant.

What’s less known is that the Alliet family also makes a very limited Chinon White from chenin blanc, grown on less than a single hectare of old vines. A bottle you’ll need to be quick to get your hands on — they’re in extremely short supply.
