Wine:

The 2023 Saint-Véran Terroirs de Chasselas White charms with its precision, finesse, and beautifully pure style. Aged with great restraint, it has an easy-drinking character that really shines. The wine opens with aromas of fresh butter, delicate floral notes, and a subtle mineral touch, all wrapped around beautifully ripe fruit flavors. Its crisp, focused structure makes it an ideal companion for fish dishes. This is a wine of rare freshness and elegance, awarded an impressive score of 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Direct pressing of whole grapes. Vinification without sulphur, using indigenous yeasts. Aged for 10 months on fine lees, 40% in oak barrels used for 4 to 6 wines and 60% in concrete and stainless steel vats. Light filtration on white earth before bottling at the estate.
