Wine:

Deep and intense, the 2019 Red Crozes-Hermitage Nobilis Semita explodes with fresh and juicy aromas of  fruit. It's a straightforward, flavorful Syrah with fine, delicate tannins and beautiful smoky notes that are extremely enticing. At such a price, it is destined to become a cult-favorite for our members. Vinification:

Hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Maturation of 9 months mainly in truncated cone vats and the rest in 228l Burgundy room then 10 months in stainless steel tank. Bottling: April 2021

Celebrating all the strengths of Sangiovese, the 2019 Red IGT Tuscany Shape of my Heart is deliciously juicy, with strong aromas of ripe fruits, spices and fresh herbs. The polished tannins, the rich and powerful palate and the tonic finish blend together in a balanced and harmonious wine that perfectly represents the excellence of the Tuscan terroir. A delightful wine to enjoy without restraint!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged 4 months in barrels. Vineyard managed according to the principles of Organic Agriculture, without certification.

Ruby red of good intensity.

Nose:

Beautiful aromas of red and black fruits of good maturity underlined by spicy notes and aromatic herbs.

Palate:

Full-bodied and smooth, this wine of pure delight boasts a beautiful freshness and polished tannins. A wine to share and enjoy with conviviality!

Vinification:

Hand harvested in crates. Separation of the first juices. Fermentation in barrels for one year then maturing in concrete tanks for 6 months. No fining or filtration.

Of beautiful aromatic purity, marked by notes of yellow and white fruits underlined by a light oaky touch and fine notes of linden.

Palate:
