The 2022 Côtes de Provence Fantastique Red is a masterful blend of Syrah and Grenache, combining freshness with depth. It unfolds in a silky, concentrated texture, supported by smooth, satin-like tannins and layered with notes of cocoa, spice, and subtle balsamic undertones. The ripe, precise fruit is beautifully enhanced by aging in barrels—a process that adds structure and complexity without weighing the wine down.Elegant yet vibrant, this luxurious red pairs perfectly with hearty Provençal dishes like slow-cooked beef stew or seven-hour lamb.Vinification:
Hand harvested, cold maceration before fermentation in vats, temperature-controlled vinification and 18 months' ageing in barrels (50% in new barrels). Fining and filtration before bottling.Organic wine (Ecocert) in France.
