Wine:

After the frost, Dominique Hauvette crafted a wine made entirely from Cinsault. The 2022 Red Cinsault from IGP Alpilles is a true success—a juicy red bursting with aromas of fresh mint, cut herbs, and vibrant fresh fruit. While it offers an airy, lifted texture, it also shows the poise of perfectly achieved ripeness. The finish is long, remarkably drinkable, and leaves a lasting impression. A delicious, deep wine that delights from the very first sip. Rated 93/100 by the French wine guide RVF.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, completely destemmed, vinification in wooden truncated cone-shaped vats with light daily punchdowns. Aged in ovoid concrete vats for 1 year.
