Wine:

The king of Bandol is the mourvèdre grape variety! And this 2018 Red Bandol wine is not lacking in it, as it represents up to 85% of its blend. A suave wine with a great perfume and an intense complexity of aromas that has simply delighted us. On this terraced vineyard, facing the sea, it speaks of the wonders of the Mediterranean, with its scents of garrigue, licorice, plum and spices. The palate expresses the right infusion of mourvèdre, with smooth tannins and a slightly acidic finish. This is a Bandol of character, a pure, ripe, fresh and delicate wine.  It can be enjoyed now, decanted beforehand, or kept for up to ten years.
