Wine:

Newly blended, the Bandol Rosé 2021 Valap By Ott keeps this year again all its promises of finesse and pleasure. It is the perfect balance between fresh notes of citrus and white flowers and the depth of the Bandol terroir. The juicy and ample palate, carried by the depth of the Mourvèdre grape makes it particularly suitable for the table. This wine is a perfect summer companion, an invitation for sharing and conviviality!

Hand harvested.

Color:

Pale pink with salmon hues.

Nose:

Fresh with red fruit flavors accompanied by a touch of spice and citrus zest.

Palate:

Balanced and ample, this wine reveals depth and a certain vinosity without creating an imbalance. On the finish, there is a fine bitterness that gives it length and staying power.

Temperature:

Serve between 10° and 12°C.

Aperitif, grilled fish, brochettes, bouillabaisse, grilled meat.
