Château Minuty - Côtes de Provence - Rose et Or - Rosé - 2018

Wine:

A cult wine, Rose et Or Rosé 2018, is vibrantly expressive, a concentrate of clean, appetizing flavours that are a mixture of white peaches, grapefruit and spices. Very intense on the palate, the wine remains fresh from start to finish and is supported by a lovely, powerful and refined weave. This is a gastronomic rosé, ideal with seafood, raw or marinated fish, or strawberry soup with basil.

Vinification:

Harvesting by hand, full destemming, crushing, and then chilling of the grapes. Wine made primarily from the free-run juice.

Color:

Pale pink hue with crystal clear tints.

Nose:

Clean, appetizing notes of white peaches, grapefruit and spices.

Palate:

This very intense wine remains fresh from start to finish, supported by a lovely weave which is both powerful and refined.

Temperature:

Serve at around 10°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Seafood, raw or marinated fish, spicy cuisine, soup of strawberries with basil.
