A concentrate of gourmet aromas, made from a blend of grenache and tibouren grape varieties, the 2021 Côtes de Provence Rose et Or Rosé wine has an intense freshness, with notes of citrus, peach and white flowers. Complex and vibrant, it is an extremely fruity and aromatic wine profiling a delicate, round and punchy rosé, with beautiful bitters on the finish. All the sun of Provence in a bottle! To be served as an aperitif, with raw or marinated fish or a strawberry salad with basil.Vinification:
Hand harvested, free-run juice selection, grapes from the three main terroirs of the estate (schist, clay and sand), cold pressing and fermentation. No malolactic fermentation. Wine certified in High Environmental Value Agriculture.Color:
