Miraval - IGP Méditerranée - Studio - Blanc - 2022

Wine:

A model of delicacy, the 2022 white IGP Méditerranée Studio is a pure, iodized, and elegant roller wine. It is fresh, with notes of white flowers, lemon, and grapefruit, lively, and with good depth. This wine was created as a tribute to the "Studio" where Pink Floyd, The Cure, AC/DC, Sting, Indochine, and The Cranberries recorded their greatest hits. An explosion of frank and fruity flavors!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, matured in concrete vats with a bulbous bottom, generating a natural convection movement that puts the lees in suspension and is similar to a batonnage.

The estate has chosen to package this wine with a screw cap, Stelvin, thus preserving its freshness and exempting it from any defect of cork taste.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Aromas of flowers (acacia), fennel and fruity lemon notes.

Palate:

This wine is fresh and elegant, revealing a beautiful minerality accompanied by subtle notes of citrus, white flowers and fine bitters.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Aperitif, shellfish, oysters, peeled prawns, seafood.
