Vinification:

Hand harvested and entirely destemmed, direct pressing except for the Syrah which is vinified by bleeding, 95% of the wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks under temperature control and 5% in barrels with stirring.

Color:

Very pale rosé with some mauve nuances, brilliant.

Nose:

Very pure, fresh and in a modern style marked by notes of small red berries and white pepper.

Palate:

This rosé is generous and crunchy and will be appreciated fresh paired with an aperitif or light dishes!

Temperature:

To be enjoyed between 8 and 10°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, seafood, light dishes or white meats.
