Wine:

Carried by a great Mourvèdre at perfect maturity, the 2022 Bandol Rosé  presents itself in an extremely delicious floral and fruity tone, featuring notes of strawberry and white pepper. The dense structure, of beautiful volume and remarkable finesse, along with delicate and strong character, promises a good aging potential. It will evolve magnificently, developing its saline and spicy flavors accurately. An exemplary aging rosé! Rated 93+/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, slow fermentation at low temperature, in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks.

Organic wine, certified.

Color:

Clear salmon with some copper highlights.

Nose:

Very pure and fresh with strawberry aromas and some touches of white pepper.

Palate:

This rosé is both invigorating and sappy with a dense structure, good volume and finesse.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Grilled fish and white meats but also a perfect companion for aperitif, cocktail party, toast of grilled red mullet and tapenade, salmon gravelax.
