Wine:

Immediately approachable, the 2022 white Saint-Joseph Un Dimanche à Lima unveils a honeyed profile with a notable grape maturity. It's a robust white wine with a velvety texture and openness, leaning towards managed oxidation complemented by a touch of menthol from the wood. Powerful, expansive, and rich, it pairs best with white meats or goat cheeses.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand. All batches are vinified and aged separately.
Aged for 10 months in 225- and 400-liter barrels, of which approximately 15% are new.

Color:

Intense, bright straw yellow.

Nose:

Beautifully ripe grapes, marked by notes of honey and fine menthol.

Palate:

Rich and broad, with a full taste of fruit, this full-bodied cuvée releases a rich, well-relieved palate, already open and ready to drink.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Scallop croustillade, veal filet mignon with sage, fish terrine, baked fish, fresh cheeses.

From now until 2028.
