Wine:

Predominantly made from Grenache grapes, the 2020 Red Ventoux Terrasses explodes with juicy aromas of fruits, punctuated with juvenile notes of violets and red and black berries. The fruit dominates, and prolongs in a fresh, generous and slender palate, with fine tannins, that is perfectly balanced. A wine praised for its style and dynamic aspect, to be enjoyed now or over 5 years. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, destemmed and crushed, fermentation and maceration of 15 days followed by a prolonged rest of the wine. No ageing in wood. No fining. Bottled at the château. Certified organic wine.

Color:

Intense red, beautiful brilliance, some purplish reflections.

Nose:

Still youthful with fresh aromas of violets, red and black berries.

Palate:

Fresh, full and elegant with fine tannins, this wine is praised for its ease , its gourmet and dynamic character.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Pork filet mignon with prunes, eggplant lasagna, duck breast with honey and balsamic vinegar.
