Clos du Mont-Olivet is one of the most coveted estates in the southern Rhône Valley. Firmly established in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and deeply tied to the Sabon family, its fifty hectares of vines are highly fragmented and rest on a unique patchwork of clay, quartz, and pebbles. This mosaic of soils produces wines built to age, marked by remarkable finesse and softness, designed to reveal their full depth over time.
